Great sushi train in the middle of Newtown with reasonable prices and a large variety of dishes. The sushi was fresh and reasonably priced. The service was quick and friendly. We will definitely be back! Highly recommended!

Still my favourite sushi train chain in Sydney. Have a very good variety of different fish. Stuff you would not see at other places. Good quality and delicious. Qr code ordering is great as not every offering is on the menu.

Lots of great vegan options from veggie tempura to inari - which in Newtown is to be expected I suppose but still appreciated. Plenty for non-vegans like me as well ;)

I recently visited this conveyor belt sushi restaurant and had a mixed experience. The "Wagyu Udon" from the daily specials was disappointing, as the beef was not as flavorful as expected and the broth had a sour taste. However, the Tuna bag was a standout and highly recommended. The crispy soft-shell crab tempura was also quite good. The variety of sushi on the belt was decent, and the overall service was satisfactory. If you visit, I would suggest trying the recommended items but perhaps avoiding the Wagyu Udon.

I love the variety of sushi that they have, so good sushi experience. You can scan the menu, use your camera to do it, and order. They prepare everything quite fast, so you won't wait for so long. My favourite sushi 🍣 are the ones grilled and the miso soup. Also I didn't realize that there's a bathroom inside.

I love the Sushi Train brand and their incredibly yummy food. Good range that caters to most tastes. Best miso I've had from any train. So delicious and packed full! Not JUST soup!

Sushi train has one of the best varieties of sushi to offer. The sashimi quality is good and the rolls with crunchy prawn/chicken are fresh and hot. However the staff is not very friendly and didn’t portrait a sense of welcoming to customers. Price is higher on average compared to other sushi places.

Always yummy fresh nice sushi, sushi chefs Ken san and Shin san are friendly and prepare fantastic fresh fish. Salmon belly, Otoro, Scallop, Trevalli, and raw prawn sushi are must try!!!
